Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Intentional Healing Sessions
At Anointed Crown Metaphysics and Apothecary, we value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for all clients. It is important to note that all intention healing sessions or rituals are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled and rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of purchase made. Request made with less than 48 hours’ notice are ineligible for rescheduling.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or fail to send requested information for rituals, you will be charged the full session fee with no refund
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.
